My journey into the world of holistic wellness and alternative healing modalities was born out of personal experience and a relentless pursuit of well-being. Allow me to share my story and how it has shaped my approach to helping others.

 

The Early Years: As a young child, I grappled with asthma, a condition that often left me breathless and dependent on medication. My mother, a wise and resourceful woman, did her best to seek alternative ways to alleviate my suffering without resorting to pharmaceuticals. However, it wasn't until I began my nursing career that I was introduced to Ventolin, a medication that seemed like a lifeline at the time but ultimately worsened my condition.

 

A Turning Point: My path to healing took an unexpected turn when I had the privilege of working with the renowned

Russian lecturer of medicine, Konstantin Pavlovic Buteyko. The professor shared his wisdom and guidance, leading me on a transformative journey that reversed my asthma symptoms and restored my fitness, endurance, and overall well-being.

 

Challenging the Norms: My newfound wellness journey did not align with Western Medicine Standards, as it didn't rely on prescription medications, which made it difficult to gain support from regulatory bodies. There was a lack of scientific evidence to support this alternative approach, and no one seemed interested in supporting a method that could make individuals healthier and reduce or eliminate their dependence on drugs.

 

Taking Action: Determined to make a difference, I took a courageous step. I sold my home and contributed 35% of my income to conduct a clinical trial that would validate the effectiveness of the approach I had discovered. It was a monumental decision, but one I knew was worth the sacrifice.

 

The Journey Continues: The results of the clinical trial were nothing short of extraordinary. With evidence in hand, I was compelled to share this life-changing knowledge with the public. However, my clinical career posed limitations if I didn't adhere to established guidelines. I realised I needed an alternative path to continue my mission of healing and wellness.

Today, as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, practitioner of Silent Counseling, Genius Biofeedback Frequency Healing, Reiki Healing, and Holistic Coach, I stand at the intersection of conventional wisdom and holistic healing.
